Martin Luther King Middle School, established in 2014, home of the Titans is a public school located in Richmond, Virginia
home of the TITANS
After speaking with the Athletic Director we established that we wanted to make the School Gym stand out as much as possible. Incorporating new icon logos and typeface that provide a sense of pride
school PRIDE
After being rebuilt in the late 2000's MLK has focused on having a prideful reputation. This pride is expressed throughout the school in many way but most noticeably in their Gym. The main wall consist of a large circular logo that depicts the schools core values. Alongside the surrounding the schools in the city.
a bright FUTURE
With academic excellence in the forefront, the staff at MLK Middle school provides visual references through college flags as a means to better educate the students on future opportunities. These flags spark conversational topics regarding school interest and future plans.
